Valentine's Day Special: Lovers Cooking Class with Chef and Wife Team

Chef Carmine Marzano and wife/Restaurateur
Deborah Bruzzo at Ristorante Luigino in Washington, DC 1997.
Osteria Marzano presents an intimate cooking class with Chef Carmine Marzano and his wife/Restaurateur Deborah Bruzzo for a "Lovers Cooking Class," Saturday, February 7 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  Featured dishes on display include Blue point oyster gratinee, homemade tagliolini pasta with mushrooms and sea scallops paired with Italian wine and lots of amore!  For those lovers and fans of the former Ristorante Luigino and famous Luigis in Washington, DC, you are no stranger to the fabulous due of Carmine and Deborah.  Their claim to fame is serving years of authentic down-home Italian cooking and warm hospitality to the district.

Graced with the Marzano/Bruzzo presence, Osteria Marzano is thankfully in my backyard of Alexandria, VA and here to stay!  With the same authenticity of the later Marzano/Bruzzo restaurants mixed with urban elegance influenced by the younger generation of managing co-owner, Elena Puchelon-Bruzzo.  Enjoy an afternoon of love with this fun-loving family - a perfect treat for the Italian lover in all of us!  Happy Valentines day!  Now, that's amore!
