Italian for Children this Spring!

Washington, DC's premiere Italian language school, Casa Italiana, in the heart of what was once Little Italy and known as the chic Penn Quarter neighborhood will offer Italian language school for children ages 4-10 this Spring. Casa Italiana is the language school and cultural center of Holy Rosary Church - the only Italian church in DC. Teachers are typically of first generation Italian or from Italy. One step into this 'center of Italy' and you'll feel instantly Italian. Children will learn through hands-on activities to develop speaking and comprehension skills. Reading and writing are taught at all levels according to the students’ age. All instructors have extensive experience with Italian as a Second/Foreign Language. Classes are formed according to the age and linguistic ability. The primary objective of all courses is to encourage and develop speaking and comprehension skills. Different educational materials, various activities such as games, songs, audio-visual aids, and educational software are used to help the learning process. Classes begin on April 22 - enrollment information here.
